Welcome to our Folksy shop! We are retired, keen hobbyists who have spent years making and creating.
We make a variety of hand made gifts, decorations and ornaments.
As much as possible, we like to use recycled materials and packaging to do our bit for the environment along with re-using whatever materials we can.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These cute fused glass penguins make a lovely addition to your Christmas decor, display your chosen one as part of your festive decorations or hang it up at a window if you or a loved one happen to be a penguin fan. This listing is for a single fused glass penguin.
Each little penguin has a black body, a little white tummy and is decked out in a bobble hat and matching bow tie. Both the hat and the tie have glass stripes in a complimentary colour and the little critters are finished off with a small glass pocket on their tummy.
We have a choice of 3 different colours for the hat and bow tie, please make your selection from the drop down menu as follows:-
1 - Very pale pink hat and tie with pink stripes and a red pocket
2 - Turquoise hat and tie with blue stripes and a blue pocket
3 - Green hat and tie with red stripes and a red pocket

The eye detail along with the decoration on the flippers and the pocket have all been hand painted and also fired into the glass.
As they are hand made, they will vary a little in size but each one is approximately 4.5cm to 5cm wide (tummy width) x 8cm long and, whichever you choose, your chosen one will be dispatched ready threaded with gingham ribbon in either a matching or complimentary colour and wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper.
