Art from Flowers, Botanical Art.
These were the last flowers on my Selinum Wallichianum plant this year. Most of the soft white umbel blooms had been and gone, luckily these two made a late appearance for me to use in this Wet Cyanotype. The light-sensitive paper was sprayed with dilute vinegar, the two flowers were laid on, and some dish soap bubbles added before exposure to the October sunshine. This technique gives the lovely blues and bubble effect you can see in the photos, so pretty.

Created on 300gsm acid- free watercolour paper, and placed into a fully recyclable protective bag. It will be posted out in an all-board envelope which is reusable and recyclable.
The photogram is sold UN-MOUNTED and UM-FRAMED. Please see my notes on using Mounts in buying from me.
Named ‘Sparklers’ numbered and signed on the reverse, it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1
The Photogram is A4, and the aperture is approximately 8” x 11". It is ready for you to place into a mounted frame of your choice.
