Taking natural from natural dyes, this delightful fabric button pendant is perfect for admirers of William Morris!
Inspired by "Acorn," a renowned wallpaper design from 1879 found in the William Morris archive, this pendant features a reimagined Oak leaf and acorn pattern, showcasing an all-over leaf design in soft greens and browns.
I have crafted a flat-backed button with a 38mm diameter from this exquisite 100% cotton fabric, adorned with oak leaves, branches, and acorns. The button is filled with soft toy filling, giving it a gentle dome shape.
This handmade button is securely set in an antique bronze plated pendant setting, embellished with an appealing dotted pattern on the reverse side.
The pendant measures 4 cm wide by 5 cm long, including a 1 cm bail. It comes standard with an 18-inch antique bronze plated flat oval trace chain, featuring links measuring 4.5 x 3 mm and a 12mm lobster clasp.
Both the pendant setting and chain are free from nickel and lead. Various chain lengths are also available.
This charming pendant is thoughtfully packaged in a UK-made eco-friendly recycled kraft card jewellery box, adorned with my brand logo. It's an ideal gift for nature enthusiasts and autumn lovers or a delightful treat for yourself!
