Full description
A hand knitted tweed stitch tea pot cosie using Christmas colours the three kings would have worn of magenta, purple and dark emerald green, with an gold sparkly star on top. Starting at the hem I have knitted the rib in dark emerald. Then using the three different coloured yarns of magenta, purple and dark emerald green, I have knitted a wonderful tweed stitch tea cosie body. Adding a star knitted in a glitter gold lurex yarn, gives extra sparkle to this classic Christmas tea cosy. This stitch ensures a good fit around the pot, yet has enough ease for a swift removal when a 'top - up' is required. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. A perfect house warming gift, or for yourself...... just because it looks pretty on the kitchen work top at Christmas
Suitable for a standard 4 - 6 cup tea pot.
