Lino printmaking is a completely hand made process, giving the final artwork a character and authenticity completely unlike a digital reproduction. From hand carving the relief printing block, to the hand burnishing of the final print, it’s quite a special moment to pull back the paper of that first print. All artwork is produced in it’s original medium, signed by the artist and will feature variations and signs of the nature of this process.

Foxes are intriguing animals, sometimes elusive but also brazen and brave, playful and quirky while retaining a fierce wildness. This series evolved and took on a bit of a life of it’s own after some playful experimentation with a piece featuring a doodle-like fox in winter, I’m excited to see where the future might take us next!

Native Urban Wildlife Fox Art in Classic Black/Deep Green
Part of a series of seasonal fox prints, featuring themes of a fresh spring day, renewal and rebirth. Drawing influence from natural motifs often found in folk art, a bearded, folky fox sniffs the fresh, crisp air of a brand new day. Birds flutter overhead and tiny buds begin to peek out from bare branches, the first signs of life for the season ahead.
If you keep a eye out you may catch a glimpse of a whole family of seasonal foxes sneaking into existence to complete the collection, the Summer Fox is already on his way.
Artwork will be shipped flat in a board-backed envelope and packaged with acid-free board and a compostable cello-bag to ensure your print reaches you in pristine condition, ready to mount or frame according to your tastes and décor.
