Full description
Two striking orange, white and black clown fish have been sculpted from woollen fibres using a needle felting technique. The fish have been mounted using clear perspex rods onto a wooden base embellished to create an undersea scene. A piece of yellow silk has been needle felted to create texture and used to cover the wooden base to create the 'sand'. Fronds of seaweed have been made using handmade felt which has been cut, shaped and stiffened. Finally a selection of small shells have been added.
The base of this ornament measures 20cm x 15cm and the ornament stands 15cm tall
