Full description
This adorable miniature 3d needle felted scene consists of a pair of swans swimming among the bulrushes. The swans have been needle felted using white woollen fibres and a barbed felting needle. Orange beaks made from silk clay have been added. The bulrushes have been created by wrapping woollen fibres around green wire stems and the leaves have been cut from a piece of green felt. The component pieces have then been mounted on a small (12cm x 3cm) wooden plaque which has been covered in a piece of blue felt embellished with silk fibres to represent water. The ornament stands approximately 4cm tall with the swans measuring approximately 4cm long.
A great ornament or miniature scene that could be used in a dolls house.
