On a ramble along Holme dunes to Thornham harbour I saw and heard lots of skylarks ... they eat ragwort seeds but ragwort leaves are also the favourite food of cinnabar moths and their stripey caterpillars. I noticed lots of pretty pyramidal orchids which I've seen on other sand dunes.
