This was such a lovely designer fabric remnant at the York car boot that I couldn't pass it by. I have made a group of pretty summer shoulder bags from it.

Full description
This handbag or shoulder bag is one of three I made out of a wonderful designer fabric of bold delphiniums. Each features a chunky zip. They have two straps, as well as an internal pocket for the flotsam and jetsam of your life, and fit neatly under your arm. They are large enough to carry all your essentials with style, and close with that satisfying chunky zip. These make great bags to take to a wedding or summer party, or perhaps as a present for Mum,
The fabric is first stitched onto canvas to give it some body, but it is still a soft little bag.
It measures 27 cm along the top, widening to 30 cm along the base.
The height is 23 cm and the base is boxed to make it more roomy.
There is a yellow chunky zip opening of 27 cm.
The two shoulder straps measure 75 cm each.
There is an internal pocket measuring 12 cm by 14 cm, so you need never rummage for your keys again.
The bag is lined with old skool black and white ticking fabric, and it is finished off with my
own embroidered name tag.
Please note that the pattern placement varies from bag to bag in the trio that I have made. This one has the yellow zip!
Please wash on a short gentle cycle, and leave to dry naturally.
Your bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging, and sent as Royal Mail 2nd class.
