“Darby was a French Bulldog who was commissioned as part of a memorial to Beth, a beautiful and kind-spirited woman in the United States. Darbie and two other Frenchies Gigi and Alfie were there when she passed, and two were commissioned (to join one of my existing French Bulldog sculptures) to sit at the bottom of a stairway to heaven sculpture.”

Tanya Russell is a member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors and her sculptures are hand cast by a British foundry. Her Foundry Bronze metal Dachshund Puppy statue will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and cleaning kit. This casting is a perfect recreation of the original bronze statue and bears the artist’s signature and its own unique edition number.
How its made: Bronze metal powder is mixed with a resin to make the Bronze Resin material, which has the appearance of Foundry Bronze metal. This process creates a material that is more affordable and lightweight
