Full description
A pair of hand-knitted mittens in a pretty pattern in charcoal grey, soft white and a hint of rose pink. They are completely hand knitted on 4 double-pointed knitting needles, in Latvian style, using a pattern by Ieva Ozolina in her book "Knit Like a Latvian". They are made to fit teenager to medium ladies' size.
They are made with DROPS Nord yarn, which is a combination of 45% superfine alpaca (for the softness), 25% wool (for the warmth and shape stability) and 30% polyamide (for the strength and durability).
I have taken a few photos to show the colours in the gloves, but, as you know, monitors vary. I have also taken a close up of the stitch pattern detail.
Wash on a gentle cycle, or by hand at 40 degrees and air dry or dry flat for best results and longer-lasting gloves. Do not tumble dry.
