Full description
This robin would look lovely in your home at any time of the year, but would be especially adorable as part of a centrepiece for your Christmas dining table, as robins have long been associated with that time of the year. He would also make a lovely decoration or a gift for a special someone.
This figurine has been lovingly created from natural wool over a wire frame. His feet are given a realistic look and feel by wrapping with florist's tape. The beak is made from Silk Clay.
This robin measures approximately 9 cm (3.5inches) in height.
The wool used in all of my soft sculptures has been ethically sourced, generally from local farmers and shepherds. I like to support smallholders and small businesses wherever I can.
PLEASE NOTE that, as with all of my sculptures, this figurine is intended as a decoration only and is not a toy. Due to small parts, and the wire frame, it should be kept out of reach of children and animals. It is fairly fragile but if it is handled with care, it should last a long time.
