Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is a handprinted birthday card with handprinted number. There are other numbered birthday cards available in the ‘numbered birthday cards’ category. If these are not exactly what you’d like, you can place an order for the design you want, then write in the message box at checkout what colours/numbers you would like.
The card measures 5x5 inches (approx 12.5x12.5cm) and is blank inside for your own message. As all cards are handprinted, they may differ slightly from the photo or have slight flaws, which shows their uniqueness and individuality. If you would like to see the actual card you will be sent, I'm happy to send a photo of it.
Cards will be posted second class, and will be sent with a cardboard backing to prevent bending.
At present I only post to the UK.
