Items will be posted within 1 working day, unless otherwise advised in the description. Cards will be placed in a paper bag and sent in a cardboard backed envelope.
At present I only post to the UK using second class post. For large orders I will calculate total postage and packaging and will refund any extra paid.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
These hearts have been individually handmade from air drying clay, embossed with a quirky floral design and finished with jute twine, left untied to use how you wish.
They make lovely gift tags and can be used as wedding favours, or for a party, baby shower or christening. You can use them as napkin holders at the table, as you can write a name on the reverse with pencil, fine liner, sharpie or felt pen. They can also be used as tags for party bags.
Use them to decorate your home for a party or anytime! You can hang them at a window, on a hook or handle and on a vase or tealight holder (though keep away from flames). Hang a few together on a houseplant for a little display. They also make pretty Easter decorations on an Easter tree or on a floral display.

These gift tags are all made in the same general design but each one is different and they also may differ slightly in thickness or have slight imperfections. This shows their uniqueness and rustic charm. They are not waterproof and are for indoor use only. If you need to clean them, use a dry or damp cloth. As they are small, please keep away from small children as they are for decoration only.
If in stock they will be posted within a day of purchase by second class post. If I need to make more, please allow 4-5 days for this.
