Hi, I'm Judy and I have loved art from a young age, and though I haven't formally studied art after leaving school, I have taken many classes over the years to learn lots of techniques and learn to use different mediums. I mostly paint in acrylics or watercolour and have also experimented with alcohol ink painting. I learnt linocut carving several years ago and since then have enjoyed creating new prints either on cards or larger artwork.
Being a lover of all things craft, I have also taken up air drying clay and decoupage, and love making decorations for the home.
I'm originally from New Zealand, but now live with my family in Hampshire and often find inspiration from local walks in woodlands, or in my own garden. My paintings are often also inspired by landscapes or seascapes that I've seen on holidays or walks.
