Full description
This is an autumn inspired necklace, designed using 11 of my own lampwork glass beads, 6 are a transparent light amber- brown coloured glass (9-12mm diameter approx) and the other 5 lampwork beads have a white base into which different coloured glass fragments have been melted in to give bluepurple, brown, grey, pink and orange shades (11.5-15.5mm diameter).
This creation also combines cream coloured Swarovski pearl glass beads and silver lined seed beads along with a silver plated chain and Tibetan Silver circular toggle and bar clasp.
The necklace is 18" (46cm) in length.
All my lampwork beads are digitally kiln annealed after shaping in the flame to give greater resilience and durability and once cooled I clean out the clay mandrel release thoroughly by hand reaming before I use them in my designs. The photos show the colour of the beads as accurately as possible, however, there could be slight variations in shade depending on your monitor. Remember that these are individually handcrafted so may have small imperfections or variations between each one, which makes each of my beads beautifully unique!
The necklace, as shown in the photos has a silver tonedplated chain and toggle clasp,
the usual 'gingebod' jewellery tag at the clasp identifies this as an original and lovingly made Gingebod Designs piece!
