I designed this stripped down version of the No26:1 Garden Apron for tea breaks in the garden - cup in one hand, weeding or dead heading with the other - I keep my own Ochre canvas No26:2 on a hook next to the back door.
Working in my studio in hilly-leafy South-East London, I make aprons in small batches using cotton canvas, denim or drill - fabrics that are natural, washable and durable. Careful attention to detail, strength of construction and beautiful stitching result in a quality of finish simply not possible in mass production. I cut fabric economically, minimising waste and saving the small remnants to make one-of-a-kind bags for my ‘Boro Collection’.

Gardeners utility belt apron - versatile and easy to wear when clambering about in the shrubbery, weeding, planting out and gathering home grown vegetables. The large pouch pocket is spacious enough for small tools, garden gloves, seed packets, vegetables & flowers etc. whilst the two specially shaped pockets for secateurs and phone ensures they are always to hand. All the pockets are easy to remove and rearrange on the long tie belt. This design is made with tough cotton canvas (no leather & plastic-free), it's skilfully sewn and made-to-last - a really thoughtful gift for keen gardeners.
