Full description
A beautiful needle case made with a piece of antique quilt in a vintage red. The reverse of the quilt is in a co ordinating pattern.
Please note that the antique quilt used to make these needle cases, shows signs of wear, commensurate of the age of the fabric, but only adds charm to the finished item. Most of the wear is on the needle case inside cover, and can be viewed more closely in the last photo.
Please do not purchase if you prefer your fabrics to be perfect
The edges are edged in blanket stitching using a cream, stranded cotton.
The needle case fastens with a length of ivory antique lace which is brought to the front and fastens round the pearl button, positioned in the centre. Contains 1 double page of soft cotton Wincyette fabric to store your pins and/or needles.
Size - approx 6cm x 9.5cm (closed)
