Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

The letterbox bears and Scandi woodland bears have both been popular as little keepsake gifts so I thought it might be nice to introduce some new gift boxes whilst keeping with the theme of the woodland animals and have started with a new design for a spring bunny.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

New for March 2024, a bunny hugs letterbox gift set.
Hand sewn and embroidered unique Sending bunny hugs gift that will fit through a letterbox. All occasions Gift box. Birthday, get well soon, Mothers day, gift for a friend etc
I can post direct to a recipient on your behalf and will hand write the card for you, leave details at checkout with recipients name, address and the message to be included if you would like me to post direct.
Colour: Light brown mouse
A unique design, 6.5" wool felt scandi style woodland bunny with lighter felt contrast to his tummy which is decorated with floral hand embroidery in naturals, light browns, beige and greens. Hand embroidered facial details and filled with dried lavendar for a gentle fragrance. Finished with a bow made from a strip of batik cotton fabric in muted beige and pinky shades.
Choice of card, each design is a photograph of Bearlescent bears printed onto quality 300gsm card, they are all left blank inside for your own use, please choose from the options including sending bear hugs, birthday hugs or a blank card.

The gift box comes with a unique verse, printed and mounted onto ivory card. A 2.5cm wooden bunny is attached but easily removable to keep. All letterbox gifts have a choice of verse, (please see images and make your selection from the drop down options box).
All wrapped in tissue and finished with a little wooden tag.
Posted in a plain brown box and sent by Royal Mail second class post.
