Full description
My cute porcelain baby robin brooches are handcrafted by me and each one is unique.
A lovely keepsake for yourself or a loved one.
Each robin is made using porcelain clay, once dried they are fired to 1000c known as a bisque firing. Each one is gently sanded and hand painted with 3 coats of underglaze, topped with a shiny transparent glaze. They have been finally fired to 1260c to give them their vibrant colour and sheen. A silver plated brooch clasp has been added.
Robin: Size: 3.7 cm beak to tail x 2.5 cm tall
All my ceramic creations have been individually handcrafted by me with love and care. No two pieces are the same as each one has its own unique characteristics.
Each porcelain jewellery item arrives in a natural-coloured gift box tied with white satin ribbon.
Additional Information"
Porcelain is the strongest of all clays. It is fired up to 1260c (2300F) and has a smooth delicate look.
