Big Sky
Big Sky is a landscape oil painting inspired by the place where the River Ouse opens out into the Fenland — a vast, breathing expanse of reedbed beneath endlessly shifting, windswept skies. Tall reeds sway and whisper at the water’s edge, their reflections trembling across the river’s surface, while light moves freely through blues, golds, and soft violets above. This is my world. I need to be here — to lose myself far from people, to forget that I am human for a while, and to listen to the wild sounds carried on the wind.
This original landscape oil painting measures 24 x 18 x 0.75 inches or 60.96 cm x 45.72 x 1.50 cm.
The sides are painted white, allowing the work to be hung unframed, and picture-hanging fittings are already in place.
The painting is signed and dated on the front, lower right corner, and is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity. It will be carefully packed and promptly dispatched using Parcel Force Express 48 for the UK or Parcel Force Global Priority for USA mainland
