Full description
This is my butterfly embossed heart-shaped ceramic dish - perfect for jewellery, a small soap, trinkets or little treasures.
There's a slight imperfections in the glazing which is why I've included in my "super seconds sale"
This handcrafted ceramic dish has been created using the slab-work method it's embossed with a butterfly design and shaped with a heart cutter before it is placed into a mould. Once dried it has been bisque fired to 1000C, after a gentle sanding it has been hand-painted with a blue underglaze with a clear glaze added. After glazing it has had a second firing in the kiln to 1160C.

All my ceramic creations have been individually handcrafted by me with love and care. No two pieces are the same as each one has its own unique characteristics.
Self-adhesive cork has been applied to the base to protect surfaces.
