Full description
A pretty handmade sterling silver pendant featuring a lovely deep red faceted garnet bead. I love working with garnets at this time of year - they look really festive and remind me of pomegranate seeds. They are also the birthstone for January.
The hoop is formed from 100% recycled sterling silver which has been soldered into a ring, and lightly hammered to give it texture and catch the light.
Hoop diameter - approximately 19mm
Garnet - approximately 6mm diameter.
The silver I use is produced from 100% recycled scrap silver obtained from the jewellery trade and IT and medical sectors. It is an excellent choice for the eco conscious as it avoids unnecessary mining.
Chain - 18 inch Italian sterling silver belcher chain (stamped 925).

Your pendant will be sent by first class post in a little eco-friendly, branded gift box and recycled tissue paper.
