I am only accepting orders from customers in England, Scotland and Wales at the moment, as the GPSR for EU and NI comes into effect. For UK customers (exc NI) I offer free postage as standard, using Royal Mail 2nd Class and I always try to get your order in the post within 24 hours of it being made.
I've added postage upgrades to some of my more popular Christmas items, so you can choose to pay to have your item posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you'd like to buy an item that doesn't have this option and you want to get it faster, just drop me a message before you buy and I can add this to the item.
Part of my 'Colours of Berwick' Collection, which aims to capture the spirit of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland. I chose landmarks with a story to tell about the town and then hand-drew the illustrations in black ink before adding a splash of digital colour to give a fresh, modern feel. From the Victorian lighthouse to the re-purposed Grade II-listed former public toilet, parts of the town’s Elizabethan fortifications, including the Bell Tower, and the earthen ramparts, as well as a Russian cannon, trophy of the Crimean War, and two of the town's iconic bridges, the illustrations included in this tea towel and set of note cards hopefully give you a flavour of what makes the town so unique! I include a small card with each print that lists each landmark and why it is interesting.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
