Hello! Thank you for visiting my shop. I have some new Christmas things (cards and gift tags) that will be available from the 4th of November!
In the summer I take my dog Herbert walking on a local moor (Kirkby moor) in the evenings. It's quite an isolated place and it is usually just us and the sheep. However, for the last two years, there have been a breeding pair of curlews living up on the way to the top of the moor.
We had some lovely summer evenings in May and June this year and I went up to the moor a couple of times a week to watch the sunset. I decided to draw the amazing view and add one of the curlews to the illustration.
The mountain in the background is Black Combe.

My digital illustration of a curlew looking out over the landscape on a summer evening has been professionally printed. It is traditional postcard size (A6).
The reverse of the postcard has a traditional postcard design, with space for a stamp, the address and plenty of space to write your message.
My postcards are printed on 350 gsm, 100% recycled, FSC-registered card by an environmentally-friendly company based in northern England.
I try to post all of my orders within 24 hours (except weekends and Bank Holidays). Please note that orders are posted by 2nd Class Royal Mail.
