Full description
Downloadable PDF knitting pattern.
Perfect for children and beginner knitters to make, these little robins knit up fast- you can also add a little bell to each so that they chime when given a gentle shake.
Step-by-step instructions (with illustrations and optional 'How to Knit' downloads included) for making a set of three jingly robins to hang on the Christmas tree.
To make a set of robins, you will need:
A pair of 4mm straight knitting needles
Chunky yarn in red and tan (we suggest yarns from the Hayfield Bonus Chunky range)
3 pairs of toy safety eyes (9mm) black
Darning needle
Toy stuffing
White cotton
Felt in blue and red
3 little ball-shaped bells (optional)
Metal sewing needle
Each jingly robin measures approximately 9cm by 13cm when finished.
Once purchased, your PDF instructions and templates will be emailed to you so you can get knitting! (please note this is a downloadable PDF pattern and not a kit)
