Full description
A rich image reminiscent of the colours of autumn. Deep blues, white and russet create the main hues. Felt, organza shot with gold, grey chiffon, wool-tops and cut felt shapes have been layered and machine embroidered to create a complex and exciting image. The use of a heat gun to melt back through the layers has further enriched the surface detail and texture finally embellished with sequins and beads to add glints of shimmer. The image is framed in a 23cm x 23cm white wood frame 4.5cm deep. The frame is deep enough to stand safely unsupported or the bracket on the back can be used to hang the image if preferred.
