*UK orders are sent via standard 2nd class post which usually takes up to 4 working days to arrive. Hallmarked pieces are sent via special delivery.
*International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for which usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
As I'm sure you are aware, postal system can get a little crazy sometimes which is why it can take up to 2 weeks for a UK order to be delivered once shipped, and just over a month for international orders. Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Personalised rings are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, but please do message me if there is a problem with your ring. Exchanges: Please message me if you'd like to swap your ring for a different size UK - Exchange cost £2.50 each for the P&P International - Exchange cost £9.80 each for the P&P
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This hammer textured unisex adjustable ring is great for everyday wear, complimenting almost every outfit!
Personalised Ring: (Non-returnable/Non-Exchangeable)
Available stamps can be seen in the pictures.
Words and letters will be stamped in capitals.
MAX CHARACTERS: 13 (including spaces)
The ring can be worn in a variety of ways, such as a normal ring, a thumb ring, or a pinky ring. Simply select the size that will fit the digit you plan to wear it on.

Small: E to I1/2
Medium: J to M1/2
Large: N to R
Extra Large: R1/2 to X
XXL - X1/2 to Z2
Approx. Band Width - 6mm
Metal:
Sterling Silver - 100% recycled for a lower environmental impact.
Hallmark:
This ring wont have a hallmark as it's below the required silver weight.
Adjusting your ring:
To adjust your ring to a larger size, gently pull both sides apart. To adjust it to a smaller size put the ring on and gently push the sides closed around your finger.
Caring for your ring:
To help keep your ring looking at its very best, clean it with the included polishing cloth and avoid exposing it to abrasive cleaners and chemicals. Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing you take off at the end of the day/night.
Your ring will be delivered in a jewellery gift box, along with a polishing cloth.
