*UK orders are sent via standard 2nd class post which usually takes up to 4 working days to arrive. Hallmarked pieces are sent via special delivery.
*International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for which usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive.
As I'm sure you are aware, postal system can get a little crazy sometimes which is why it can take up to 2 weeks for a UK order to be delivered once shipped, and just over a month for international orders. I'm passionate about the environment which is why every piece is handcrafted by me in the UK using recycled sterling silver and ethically sourced gemstones. As part of my commitment to sustainable fashion, I also fund tree-planting initiatives, so you can enjoy high-quality, guilt-free jewellery.

❓How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?
The time it takes for your jewellery to arrive is the processing time + the delivery times below:
*UK standard 2nd class post - Royal Mail aims to deliver in 2 to 4 working days, but it can take up to 13 working days (2.5 weeks).
*International Tracked and signed for - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 to 10 working days, but can take up to 32 days (6.5 weeks)

❓Can I get my sterling silver jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, of course. I am registered with the London assay office and any items that are over 7.78g of silver will be hallmarked as standard.
For items below this weight there is an additional charge of £20 and an up to 4 week increase to the processing time. Please contact me to arrange the hallmarking service.

❓My jewellery has black detailing, how long will this last?
The short answer is it varies.
The black detail is durable, but, depending on the activities done while wearing your jewellery, it can wear over time. When it does start to show signs of wear it can be recoloured using a permanent marker, although this recolouring won't last as long.

❓How do you consider the environment and sustainability when creating jewellery?
There are many ways that I keep the environment at the heart of Jewellery by Jackie including:
*By supporting global reforestation projects through funding a tree per item purchased.
*By using 100% recycled or reclaimed silver where possible
*By using eco-friendly postal packaging
*By only using powered tools when they make a noticeable difference to the quality of the finished piece.
