I started raising money for Toybox on 25th August 2023, and to date £257.56 has been raised by my lovely Folksy customers, £237.06 of which was transferred to Toybox between 20/11/23 and 8/11/24.

These earrings have been inspired by a tutorial from Deb Roberti at Around the Beading Table, who gives permission for makers to sell items made from her patterns. Deb’s tutorial is called ‘Lazy Moon Earrings’.

These beautifully sparkly earrings in an unusual half-moon shape would add a little pzazz to any outfit, formal or casual. These would make a lovely little gift for someone (or for yourself). The earrings hang from handmade (but not by me) sterling silver earwires which can be changed to the more conventional hook shape (at no extra charge) if you prefer and let me know at the time of purchasing.
A beautiful 12mm aquamarine coloured Swarovski rivoli crystal has been embellished with royal blue firepolish beads and tiny silver and silver-lined turquoise seed beads. Both the earwires and the tiny rings which link the wire to the earring are sterling silver.
Each earring is 3cms (1.25 ins) long from the bottom of the earwire, and measures 2cms (0.8ins) across at its widest part. The earrings weigh about 2.5 gms each.
I will post your earrings to you wrapped in acid free tissue paper and in a sturdy cardboard postage box.
WHEN YOU BUY THIS ITEM £6 WILL BE DONATED TO TOYBOX, A CHARITY HELPING STREET CHILDREN ACROSS THE GLOBE. This amount is calculated by subtracting materials and admin costs from the price of the item. I do not charge for my time in making it.
