I am always fascinated with the design of the 60s.
I remember when I was a kid, I saw the picture of Princess Margaret’s visit to Hong Kong from the local newspaper. Her impeccable style left me stunned.
Years later, I had the same feeling when watching the film “In the mood for love” by Wong Kar Wai, which beautifully captured the essence of that era. I create this series of handbag jewellery to pay homepage to the charm and elegance of the bygone era.

This pair of lovely earrings is a replica of the heart shaped handbag which was very popular in the 1950s and 1960s. They were seen as whimsical and romantic, reflecting the fashion trends and cultural aesthetics of the time.
This pair of earrings are made of blue Czech crystal pearls, golden glass beads and seed beads.
The size of the handbag is approximately 3cm x 2.5cm.
