The Swarovski crystals were chosen to represent those born in August or under the sign of Leo.
The traditional birthstone is peridot, represented by the light green crystals.
Leo's ruling planet is the Sun, represented by the yellow crystals.
Leo is governed by the element of fire, represented by the flame-orange crystals.
These are also the colours for the first four chakras - root (black), sacral (orange), solar plexus (yellow) and heart (green).

Assorted shapes and sizes of gunmetal Hematite with the sparkle of 'peridot' green, 'sunflower' yellow and 'fire opal' orange Swarovski crystal bicones.
The necklace consists of 6mm and 4mm round, cube and oval Hematite beads, that add interest and texture, and it is studded with bright, sparkly, green, yellow and orange Swarovski crystals - mostly 4mm, but with a central 6mm orange crystal.
It fastens with a black metal toggle clasp that is nickel and lead free, and measures approximately 17.5 inches (44cm).
The stretch bracelet uses the same Hematite shapes and Swarovski coloured crystals, and measures approximately 6.5 inches (16.5cm), which is perfect for a 6 inch (15cm) wrist.
The earrings are made using a 4mm round, cube, 5mm oval and 3mm round Hematite bead, separated by a 6mm 'fire opal', and 4mm 'sunflower' and 'peridot' Swarovski crystals.
The beads are hung from gold vermeil ear-wires (sterling silver plated with 18k gold) and measure approximately 1.25 inches (3cm), excluding the wires.
