Most of my products actually come from customer suggestions when I am displaying at markets and this one is no exception. It's lovely to receive requests and this one is inspired by the need for a special card to celebrate the bond between parent and child. I have hand picked beautiful pieces from my sea glass collection to produce this adorable card which is perfect for a variety of occasions from baby showers to christenings to thank yous. Lovingly handcrafted using genuine naturally tumbled sea glass collected on my beachcombing adventures, the design features a sweet parent and baby bird. The larger bird gently holds a tiny heart-shaped balloon while the smaller bird stands close by, symbolising love, protection and the joy of new beginnings.
Perfect for celebrating a new baby, baby shower, christening, adoption, or simply sending your congratulations to a growing family, this handmade card is a thoughtful keepsake that many recipients choose to frame and display in a nursery or family home long after the occasion has passed.
This card is part of my Summer Seconds collection. It is not faulty or imperfect - simply an end-of-line design that I'm making room for as I introduce new collections. You'll receive the same genuine sea glass, careful craftsmanship and handmade quality, just at a special Summer Seconds price.
Each card is individually hand drawn and assembled using naturally shaped sea glass, meaning no two are ever exactly alike. The unique shape and texture of every piece of sea glass makes each card a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.
