This is a pattern for a washable panty liner or sanitary pad. Make them at home using the PDF pattern which comes in 7 sizes to suit each part of your cycle. Includes: 7 different sizes of pads ranging from a small teen pad, panty liner through to Extra Large Night time pad. This offers great value with all sizes within the PDF download.
Choose your favourite fabrics to make comfortable pads that can be washed and reused rather than filling landfill with plastic waste.
I use a brushed cotton top layer, towelling for the inner, then a waterproof PUL backing to make them waterproof.

The pattern for the medium pad measures: 7 inches (18 cms) width, including 'wings'
9 inches (23.5 cms) Length.
These measurements do not include seam allowance. You add your preferred seam allowance when cutting out. I suggest 0.5 inch (1.5cms) in the pattern.
