About Frutejuce

Frutejuce

I handmake handbags, cosmetic bags, lavender bags plus some gifts for others or yourself.

I have been sewing from a young age, I was taught by my mum when I wanted to make clothes for my tiny tears doll. I have been sewing since and along the years what I enjoy making ebbs and flows. I have always made my own handbags and have decided to share what I make with others.

Please note that all of my packaging is recyclable and/or compostable at home or for commercial green bin waste.

Buying from me

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you receive an item that you no longer want please contact me and let me know. You can post back to me at your cost and I will make a refund for the item via paypal once I have received the item back in original good, clean condition. But I do ask that you send it insured as I will only refund once it has reached me. Remember communication is what it's all about, if you have any questions please email me, I will do my best to answer any you may have. Any problems, equally email me and I will do my best to sort things out.

Please note I do not give refunds on custom items that are not re-sellable, for example my personalised cards or items with custom fabrics as I will not be able to resell these items.
