Green Aventurine, like most green stones, is thought to bring inner peace, tranquility and enhance self-esteem.
It is sometimes called the the Stone of Luck, or the Gambler's Stone, as it is believed that carrying a piece of Aventurine in the left pocket will attract wealth and good fortune.
Zircon is known for its brilliance and flashes of light.
These zircon properties are close enough to the properties of diamond to account for centuries of confusion between the two gems.
In the Middle Ages, this gem was thought to induce sound sleep, drive away evil spirits and promote riches, honour and wisdom.
These beads have been heat-treated to a beautiful sunset orange colour.
Zircon is also a birthstone for December and Sagittarius, alongside Turquoise and Tanzanite.

Full description
The centrepiece of this necklace features a 16mm Fancy Jasper square with subtle patterns of mint and forest greens with hints of russet.
The pattern differs on each side - the last picture shows the other side.
The necklace graduates from 6mm to 4mm green Aventurine beads.
Each 6mm bead is separated by a 3mm, micro-faceted genuine Zircon gemstone bead, heat-treated to a beautiful shade of burnt orange.
The faceted Zircon beads add a lovely glint in the light.
The 4mm beads are mostly smooth, but the addition of a few frosted beads adds texture to the piece.
The necklace fastens with a Tibetan rose toggle clasp.
The clasp has an antique gold finish, and is nickel and lead free.
This colourful necklace measures approximately 16 inches (40cm).
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
