I made a calendar a few years ago featuring some of my favourite garden birds. The bullfinch had to be included and this is the painting I made.

Full description
This bookmark features a watercolour painting of a handsome male bullfinch. The card is a rich cream colour and has rounded corners. The bird’s name and its Latin name appear next to the illustration.
At the bottom of the bookmark is a note about the bird’s hefty beak.
I’m delighted that a pair of these birds are frequent visitors to the bird feeders in my garden (in fact they seem to think it’s their own special perch and get a bit territorial when others try to muscle in).
The bookmark measures approximately 52 mm x 148 mm and is printed on 350 gsm smooth card.
