USA CUSTOMERS - The shipping prices in my shop now include the new UK/USA shipping tariff & postal delivery duties paid.
Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

Inspiration for larger custom built bear boxes came from my smaller sending bear hugs boxes. Rather than make individual boxes I thought I could make an optional extra so the customer can choose and personalise any item or gift from my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a custom add on item to build a Bearlescent Gift box, includes a hand made card and verse.
Are you sending one of my bears or other items as a gift for someone special, would you like to add a card and one of 4 verses to your gift, I will place them all in a plain brown box with tissue paper and a wooden tag as a complete gift
The wool felt scandi style bears make lovely birthday gift ideas when adding a custom made card and verse but you can make any item into a birthday or bear hug box, perhaps a pincushion or mohair bear making kit for the crafter in your life or a hand embroidered heart and the artist bears and heirloom dolls make extra special heirloom gifts.
How this works:
1. Choose your bear, doll or any other item from my shop and 'Add to basket'
Using this listing,
2. Choose from the 4 options of blank cards in the images shown, please note colours will vary as they are all hand printed and coloured. Select choice from the drop down options box
3.Choose a verse from the 4 options as shown in images. Select from the drop down box at checkout.
There are 4 card options, mushroom, fairy, bear and posh bird, these are all left blank inside for your own message, all on quality 300gsm card and are made to order.
I can also post direct to a recipient on your behalf and write the card for you, pease leave a message at checkout for this option.
The bear images are for reference only, the bears shown are not included in the listing.
