Just to let everyone know the shop will shut for Christmas on Sunday 14th December this year.
Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. Full description
This is Parsley, a tiny mohair mouse. She is a hand embroidered mouse with little leather ears and tail. She is dressed in a German Cotton Print by Daniela Dreschler called Herb Love. She has coordinating underskirts in a grey green spot cotton, white tulle mesh and white cotton lace bloomers. Her dress is finished with organza ribbon, tiny buttons and little leather shoes. She is a lilac mohair mouse with deep purple ears and tail, white wishkers and an embroidered pink nose.
She is softly stuffed with lavender in her stuffing for a gentle scent and she has a tiny piece of amethyst at her heart. She has a brass ring to her back in case you want to place her on the wall.
She stands 7 inches tall
She is a folk doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with.
