“The American Staffordshire Bull Terrier sculpture is a commission of Winston Woofbark, who is known fondly by his family as having been the best staffie in the world! Winston’s pose was chosen from his owners’ wedding photos, in which he played a central role due to his handsomeness and big heart. Not bad for a rescue staffie from Battersea Cats and Dogs home! I hope all our precious rescues and strays will be so lucky. Winston’s sculpture will be placed on the spot where his ashes are buried, to commemorate this wonderful dog.”
