“This English Setter sculpture was modelled on Archie. I never had the privilege of meeting Archie. I heard that he went everywhere with the family and was particularly good with the children. Archie loved his birthday celebrations and was a gentle giant who is much missed.
English Setters have a wonderful shape and beautiful coat. I chose this pose with the owner for its elegance and poise. We selected an old photo memory of Archie walking through water, which captured his gentle, beautiful presence.”
