“I modelled this sculpture because staffies have a really hard life in this country. They’ve been overbred and kept by some awful people, receiving little training and thousands have ended up abandoned.
If you can help these beautiful, happy, loving dogs – named ‘the Nanny Dog’ by those who know them – please donate to dog rehoming centres. If you are able, please consider adopting a staffie, and giving one of these amazing dogs a family and a home. The ‘Nanny Dog’ is modelled on my own ‘Asha’ and she has been a constant source of joy and comfort in my life.”

How its made: Bronze metal powder is mixed with a resin to make the Bronze Resin material, which has the appearance of Foundry Bronze metal. This process creates a material that is more affordable and lightweight.
