"I'd wanted to do a Border Terrier for a long time, and was lucky to be commissioned to sculpt Archie, who is very representative of the breed. His stance and presence is naturally very sculptural and he posed for me beautifully.
While I was with him, Archie followed the gardener around between the buildings, and I heard that Archie liked to sit with him in the greenhouse. Archie is also best friends with the cat."
