I love designing using quite geometric shapes, I love the balance this gives. I like to take quite simple shapes and repeat to create a pattern or image.

Full description
Ellie Flower's large petals are a joy to stitch, using a mix of couching stitch (super easy) and whipped running stitch (even easier). The back stitch of the leaves is lovely and repetitive giving a lovely mindful hour while you enjoy completing this section.
The design comes pre-printed on a mustard yellow linen fabric and is A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) once completed.
The kit comes with everything you need to complete this design including fabric, coloured yarn, needle, full instructions and colour guide.
I like to frame my completed designs but the embroidery can be used in many different ways including a panel in a cushion cover, table cloth or tote bag.
