Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I wanted to design something new for 2023 that was hand embroidered but would still fit in with my bears, after introducing the 'Sending bear hugs' letterbox gifts at the end of 2022 and after a couple of failed prototypes I eventually came up with these simple shaped scandi bears with hand embroidery being the main detail.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A hand embroidered and hand sewn teddy bear gift, designed and created by Bearlescent
I have been working on a new design for 2023, a hand embroidered keepsake gift, a simple felt teddy bear and heart.
Teddy bear measures approx 8" tall, hand sewn from quality wool blended felt in a new simple, flat design. Each teddy bear has a contrast felt muzzle and tummy.
The contrast tummy has been hand embroidered in a unique floral design in colours to match.
These simple bear designs were created as hand embroidered keepsake gifts and ornamental pieces, they are not suitable for children.
Each one is unique, no two embroidered areas will be the same and as they are completely hand sewn you can guarantee your chosen bear will be a one off gift.
Hand sewn using a buttonhole stitch, then using a straight stitch and once again with a second row of straight stitches to fill the gaps they have been lovingly created.
This one was sewn using mouse brown wool felt with beach sand contrast and has embroidery in lovely autumn golds, oranges and greens.
He wears a wool scarf cut from hand dyed wool boucle and finished with a little button.
A lovely chocolate brown wool felt medium sized heart was hand embroidered to compliment.
They will be carefully wrapped, placed in a little white organza bag (new for 2023) with a Bearlescent tag and posted in a brown postal box. Sent by Royal mail 2nd class parcel post.
