Our soaps have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual soaps is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee. Up until mid December, order two gift boxes for delivery to the same address and we’ll upgrade your postage to tracked 24 at no extra cost! Buy 3 or more gift boxes and we’ll also add a free item for you (value around £5)!
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Multi-buy special - a box of 4 full size luxurious eco-friendly natural handmade soap bars, postage included - our best price!!
If there are any particular bars you would like included, please send a comment with your order and I will include these, depending on stock availability.
Alternatively, I can hand select 4 soap bars for you, from available fragrances and these will be simply packed (with no frills) for safe delivery.
The standard box will not include shampoo &shower soaps, but for an extra £1.50, a shampoo & shower soap can be included (select the appropriate option on checkout)
Great value, perfect for stocking up on natural soaps and reducing the amount of plastic in your bathroom! And natural doesn’t mean boring, these soaps smell gorgeous and feel luxurious to use. Super kind on the skin, and sent to you with plastic free, recyclable packaging.
Each soap weighs at least 90g, is wrapped with a simple recycled paper label and they are presented in a small cardboard box with shredded recycled paper packing filler for protection.
2nd class postage included in the price.
