My products have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual items is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee.
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This listing is an add-on price for gift presentation of products purchased from White Waves Cornish Soap only.
The purchased items will be packaged in a white cardboard box, lined with aqua blue tissue paper and tied with a ribbon inside the box (ribbon may vary from that shown, but will always be plastic free), supplied with a gift card and envelope. I can write in the card for you, or it can be left blank for you to personalise! The box will be wrapped in Kraft paper for postage, so the outer wrapping with the postal label can be removed prior to giving the gift.
Gift selections of more then 4 items may be packaged slightly differently, depending whether they will fit in the white boxes I have available. If you have any questions, just let me know.
