Full description

Inspired by medieval watering pots. This is the perfect quirky gift for the plant lovers in your life.

This piece has been wheel thrown with stoneware clay by Nicola in her studio in Lincolnshire.

It is a beautiful decorative piece in its own right. But it is also a watering pot!

Just submerge the pot into water. Once full cover/plug the hole at the top with your thumb creating a vacuum.

Keeping the top hole covered, transfer to the area you wish to water. Then uncover the top hole and the water is released from the bottom of the Jupiter Rain Pot.

You can see a video of the Jupiter Rain Pot in action here https://youtu.be/96hNS1TtGdU

This particular Jupiter Rain Pot has been decorated in a speckled clay and stands approximately 16.6cm tall.
