This warm, orange-red stone is a variety of Chalcedony, a member of the Quartz family.
Used as an adornment by man for over 4,500 years, this stone has come to symbolise health, luck and royalty.
It was prescribed by ancient healers to 'invigorate the blood'.

Full description
A mix of warm, natural orange Carnelian and light grey dragon vein Agate beads.
The natural Carnelian beads graduate from 8mm to 6mm and 4mm, are translucent, and vary in colour from light, milky orange, through burnt orange to a darker orange-red.
The dragon vein Agate are a translucent milky grey with dark grey veined markings.
I have added some 7mm Tibetan star beads and tiny Tibetan snowflake beads for extra warmth and shine.
The necklace fastens with a Tibetan rose toggle clasp.
The Tibetan beads and clasp have an antique gold finish, and are nickel and lead free.
This attractive necklace measures approximately17 inches (43cm).
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
