One hot morning at the car boot sale, I spied this great velour remnant from a furniture upholsterer’s stall. One winters day, I thought, these will be perfect little bags!

Full description
This practical little autumn shoulder bag or handbag is made out of a quality velour fabric remnant, woven with a tactile stripe. The strong, rusty brown colour, is perfect for your autumn wardrobe. It has two straps, as well as an internal pocket for the flotsam and jetsam of your life, and fits neatly under the arm. Large enough to carry all your essentials with style, it closes with a satisfying chunky zip. This classic handbag will perk up your autumn wardrobe, and would also make a lovely winter Birthday present.
The fabric is first stitched onto canvas to give it some body, but it is still a soft little bag.
It measures 26 cm along the top, widening to 30 cm along the base.
The height is 20 cm and the base is boxed to make it more roomy.
There is a dark brown chunky zip opening of 26 cm.
The two shoulder straps measure 70 cm each.
There is an internal pocket measuring 12 cm by 14 cm, so you need never rummage for your keys again.
The bag is lined with old skool black and white ticking fabric, and it is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
I like to reuse as much as possible. Your bag will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging, and posted out as 2nd class Royal Mail.
